The Workbook

This workbook helps you gather vital details so they are easily accessible
to friends and family in case of an emergency.BREAK THE GLASS!

It has four sections:

  • Part 1 - Essential covers the most important information that might be needed in an emergency.

  • Part 2 - Important deals with information that might be necessary due to a longer illness or injury.

  • Part 3 - Additional is the last of the specific information. This includes more long-term items that may require attention.

  • Part 4 - Management helps you think about and start to tackle your “stuff” both physical and digital.

Each section is followed by Stories (some gathered, some created) and suggested Conversation Starters. The goal is to get you and your loved one(s) talking - to share information and this experience with them.
